Supercharged Mustang Mach 1 By Hennessey Sounds Outrageous

When it was introduced, the 2021 Mustang Mach 1 emerged as a notable replacement for the GT350, blending elements from both the GT500 and Mustang GT. While originally designed to remain naturally aspirated, aftermarket specialists like Hennessey have diverged from conventional means, offering a supercharged variant, elevating performance to new heights.

Deviating from the GT350’s flat-plane crankshaft, the Mach 1 harnesses a modified version of the GT’s 5.0L Coyote engine, now producing 480 HP, a 20-horsepower enhancement. Hennessey’s version of the Mach 1, however, amplifies this power output to a staggering 800 horsepower, rivaling the Hellcat Redeye while maintaining a more balanced weight distribution.
