Last year, Hennessey Performance unveiled the Venom 1200 Mustang GT500, a highl modified Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 with substantially more power compared to the stock model.
True to its name, this Hennessey Performance enhanced Mustang boasts a staggering 1,200 hp. Officially rated at an impressive 1,204 hp, surpassing the power of numerous supercars on the market. Hennessey produced only 66 units of the Venom 1200, with a price tag of $59,950, which doesn’t include the price of the GT500 you have to provide yourself.
To showcase its capabilities before handing its keys to its owner, Henenessey took one example to the Pennzoil Proving Ground and have it line up against a C8 Corvette Z06 in a series of rolling drag races.
