FOR SALE: 1967 Ford Mustang Eleanor Tribute

A turnkey restomod built to be driven

More than 25 years after the release of Gone in 60 Seconds (2000), the 1967 Mustang fastback known as “Eleanor” continues to captivate enthusiasts and collectors.

While many replicas seen at shows and auctions rely on aftermarket kits, this example—now offered on SBX Cars—takes a more distinctive approach. With just 693 miles, it blends the iconic Eleanor look with modern performance and customization rather than aiming for an exact replica.

Finished in Snow White Pearl, this restomod stands out with details like flush-mount glass, Rohana RFX5 wheels, and a refined beige leather interior. Though inspired by the movie car, it departs from a strict tribute, emphasizing individuality and updated design.

Under the hood, a 5.0-liter Coyote V8 delivers a reported 435 horsepower, paired with a 4R70W four-speed automatic transmission and a Moser 3.73 limited-slip differential. Performance upgrades include Ford Racing headers and a Borla exhaust system with electric cutouts.

Handling is sharpened through subframe bracing, QA1 adjustable coilovers, tubular front control arms, and a Competition Engineering four-link rear setup, while Baer six-piston brakes provide strong stopping power.

Inside, the cabin combines comfort with modern tech. High-back beige leather seats offer support, while a billet-and-leather steering wheel with paddle shifters sits on a tilt column. Digital gauges display key information, and an integrated iPad in the center console controls the JL Audio sound system. Air conditioning is handled by an Old Air Products Hurricane unit, ensuring comfort in all conditions.
