Ford Racing engineers recently tested the 2013 Mustang Cobra Jet at the Palm Beach International Raceway over a two day period of time. Both the naturally aspirated and supercharged 5.0-liter engine variations were thoroughly put through the paces at the drag strip casting no doubt about the next installment of the Cobra Jet. Along with the added engine choices the 2013 Cobra Jet will receive an electric steering rack, roll-cage, high back racing seats and new Cobra Jet graphics.
