The GT350 was designed as a track-focus model and was benchmarked against rivals like the Chevrolet Corvette C7, Porsche 911 S, and BMW M4. It boasts track-tuned chassis settings, wider front wheel arches with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires, substantial aerodynamic enhancements, an active exhaust system, six-piston Brembo brakes with semi-floating rotors, a lightweight Tremec six-speed manual transmission, Recaro seats, and various weight reduction measures, including a carbon-fiber reinforced polymer radiator support.
This particular example stands out with its Triple Yellow exterior adorned with black stripes and white accents. It also features a ‘Ford Performance’ windshield strip, ‘Shelby’ front splitter lettering, ‘ForPaul’ lettering on the sills, and distinctive rose gold-finished 19-inch wheels. The car includes aftermarket LED rear lights, though the original lights will be included in the sale.
It’s also equipped with vertical door hinges, and inside, the Recaro seats are trimmed in grey and black Alcantara with contrasting white stitching and ‘GT350’ lettering on the headrests. Additional features include air conditioning, launch control, cruise control, a multifunction steering wheel, and a ‘Go Baby Go’ start/stop button cover inspired by “Gone in 60 Seconds.”
Powering the Shelby GT350 is a naturally aspirated 5.2-liter flat-plane-crank V8 engine producing 526 hp and 429 lb-ft of torque, with a six-speed manual transmission as the sole option. Importantly, this GT350 excels on the track, delivering impressive performance not only in straight-line acceleration but also in handling.
