Raiti’s Rides is back with another video featuring a special pony car: a 2023 Carroll Shelby Centennial Edition Mustang. This limited-edition Mustang celebrates Carroll Shelby’s 100th birthday. Shelby American honors him by creating this Centennial Edition package for the Mustang.
Like many Shelby Mustangs, this car starts out as a base Mustang GT which is then shipped to Shelby American’s Las Vegas shop for modifications. This particular Mustang is one of only 100 built in 2023.
One of the most noticeable features is the supercharged engine by Whipple, which produces an impressive 750 horsepower. The car also has a custom exhaust system and other performance upgrades.
The car also has unique styling cues, including a custom hood, wheels, and stripes. The interior features a mix of standard Mustang GT elements and Shelby-specific touches, such as a carbon fiber gauge cluster surround and a custom center console with a Carroll Shelby emblem.
