Ford Motor Company recently revealed the first photos and specifications for the all-new 2015 Lincoln MKC crossover vehicle, a high-end CUV with an all EcoBoost engine lineup hoping to attract new buyers to the struggling Lincoln brand. In the press release Ford reveals two engine choices, the 2.0-liter EcoBoost which comes standard on the MKC and the optional 2.3-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder turbocharged engine, the exact motor believed to be offered as an option for the all-new 2015 Mustang.

Ford states the 2.3-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder turbocharged engine is estimated to offer 275 horsepower at 5,500 rpm and 300 lb.-ft of torque at 3,000 rpm in the all-new Lincoln MKC. Although the engine may be a little under powered for the 2015 Mustang we are confident when its revealed Ford will have made a few tweaks to push horsepower figures over 300.
