Features

The 2017 Ford Mustang has not undergone many changes since 2015 but it is still one of the top muscle cars on the road today. There are five trim levels for the 2017 Ford Mustang:

The basic model for the 2017 Ford Mustang holds the 3.7L V6 engine, which gets you roughly 18 MPG and pricing starts at $24,645. The V-6 engine has adequate power and performs quite well for an entry level model.

The next level going up the tier is the $25,645 turbo charged Basic EcoBoost engine model. The four cylinder engine comes standard with active noise cancellation, LED fog lights, 18″ wheels instead of the 17″ on the base model, and the option to add the Performance Package. The optional Performance Package includes a rear sway bar, larger brake rotors, a bigger radiator, and stiffer springs for extra stability.

The EcoBoost Premium model starts at $31,440 and features heated or cooled front seats, heated mirrors, dual-zone climate control, and sporty aluminum pedals. This package is considered special because it offers the new SYNC 3 interface, which is simpler, faster, and more user friendly.

The GT model can be purchased starting at $32,645. This model features a 5.0L V8 engine. The GT offers all the features from the models before it, plus performance features like engine oil cooler, hood vents for extra engine cooling, performance brake system, and standard 18″ wheels.

The GT Premium model starts at $36,645 and also comes standard with the V8 engine. The GT Premium holds many of the same features as the GT model, but offers upgraded interior features and the ability to add even more option groups like the $2,000 California Special package performance packages.
