Ford Racing Boss 302 Intake Manifold coming for 2011 Mustang GT

FRPPBoss302IntakeManifold

Ford Racing is making available the Boss 302 Intake Manifold in addition to the Recaro seats, dash mounted gauge pod and the front splitter from the Laguna Seca model.   The intake manifold is made from a light-weight composite material and is a direct replacement for the OEM unit on all 2011 Mustang GT’s.  It comes in a black finish with raised Boss 302 lettering.  It featuers short runners for optimum flow at high rpm’s while retaining the low end torque most enthusiasts crave.  Installation of this intake manifold requires a custom tune.  The Boss 302 intake is now available for pre-order through a few online sites with prices ranging from $534-$550.  Delivery of the intake manifold is expected in early April of this year.  No mention of horsepower gains just yet as the intake has not been made available to the public for testing but expect mild gains on a stock car.

You can find the Boss 302 intake manifold at AmericanMuscle.com and LateModelRestoration.com.
