**Update** – Ford Racing will unveil the Boss 302S at the Performance Racing Industry show (PRI) in Orlando, Florida taking place December 9-11.
Ford Racing will be announcing a new race-prepared Boss 302S road racing Mustang sometime soon but for now the specs, details and pricing have been posted over at FordRacingParts.com. Also a few leaked photos have surfaced of the new Boss 302S which shows a reworked front fascia and hood with black heat extractors.
The new 2012 Mustang Boss 302S will be a factory built race car ready for track days and road racing in various SCCA and NASA classes according to the description on FordRacingParts.com. The Boss 302S will be built in addition to the Boss 302R which we have previously covered. The Boss 302S will carry an MSRP of $79,000 and be limited to just 50 units like the Boss 302R.
